Two men from Charlottesville are behind bars following a shooting outside a Waffle House in Albemarle County Wednesday.
The shots rang out after 11:00 p.m. in the parking lot of the Waffle House on Route 29. No one was hurt, but a vehicle was hit by the gunfire.
Twenty-year-old Davain Turner is charged with shooting from a vehicle. Twenty–year-old Jaquan Rafaly has been charged with use of a firearm in commission of a felony, shooting from a vehicle, and possessing a firearm after being convicted of a felony.
Turner and Rafaly are being held at the Albemarle Charlottesville Regional Jail without bond.

On April 25, 2012 at approximately 11:15 P.M. the Albemarle County Police responded to Premier Circle for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers gathered evidence which indicated that a firearm had been discharged.
Officers gathered additional information regarding suspect descriptions and vehicle type. The investigation into this incident has led to the arrest of two suspects.
Davain Turner, 20 years of age, of Charlottesville, has been charged with shooting from a vehicle.
Jaquan Rafaly, 20 years of age, of Charlottesville, has been charged with use or display a firearm in the commission of a felony, shooting from a vehicle and possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony.
Both suspects are being held at the Albemarle/Charlottesville Regional Jail without bond.
