More than 125 members and guests of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Chamber of Commerce packed into th University of Virginia's Alumni Hall for the chamber power lunch Thursday.
The luncheon was set up to inform people about the state of the economy. The event focused on Virginia's economic future and the commonwealth's energy forecasts.
Joe Raichel of Wells Fargo said, "We think this is a really important program so that the local business community / nonprofit community here in Charlottesville can get a flavor of what's going on and foresee what going to happen in the next few years."
Attendees also had the chance to talk with executives from Wells Fargo and Dominion Power.
