#25 UVa Baseball Rallies to Beat VCU 7-5

The 25th ranked UVA baseball team got a 2-run home run from freshman Derek Fisher in the top of the ninth, part of a 3-run inning to rally to beat VCU 7-5. The home run broke a 5-5 tie.

The Wahoo win was the 400th for UVa coach Brian O'Connor. He now has a record of 400-144-2 at Virginia. Steven Bruno had three hits in the game after having his 13-game hit streak snapped Tuesday against Radford.

Virginia plays a 3-game series at #18 Miami starting on Saturday.
