Waynesboro Shooting Suspects Returned

Two Arrested in Connection with Waynesboro Shooting

A pair of suspects tied to last week's shooting in Waynesboro is back in a local jail Thursday night.

Federal marshals arrested 26-year-old Samuel Kevin Bridge and 24-year-old Ashley Nicole Knight in West Virginia. Waynesboro police officers returned with the pair just after 4:30 Thursday afternoon.

Bridge is accused of shooting 37-year-old Jeremiah Woodson outside Quadrangle Apartments and Knight is suspected of helping steal the car they were riding in.

Woods has been upgraded to stable condition.
