A Staunton man accused in the fatal shooting of his friend will remain behind bars.
Nicholas Rilee, 21, faces three charges, including involuntary manslaughter.
Staunton police say the shooting happened when Rilee and the victim were "hanging out" early Wednesday morning at Rilee's home on College Circle.
Richard Firebaugh, 20, died of a single gunshot wound.
Rilee was denied bond Thursday, and will be back in court for a preliminary hearing in June.
