Posted: Updated:

The NBC29 newsroom received the following press release from the Town of Culpeper:

Culpeper police need the public's help identifying a female person of interest who received cosmetic facial injections from a local doctor and allegedly walked out of the office without paying on Mar. 9.

The woman, believed to be in her 50s, used the fictitious name of Kelly Capwell and listed a non-existent address in Madison County as her residence.

The woman, who is between 5 feet 4 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing between 150 to 170 pounds, with whitish blonde hair, arrived at the doctor's office in a gray four-door Chevrolet sedan.

The facial injections cost about $1,600.

Anyone with information that helps identify the woman may anonymously contact Crime Solvers at 540-727-0300, where callers never have to give their name or testify in court to earn a cash reward. Callers may also contact Detective Luke Altman at 540-829-5507.
