Murray Charged with Aggravated Sexual Battery & Sodomy

The NBC29 newsroom received the following press release from the Albemarle County Police Department:

On March 13, 2012 the Albemarle County Police received a report alleging sexual misconduct with a juvenile. An investigation into this matter led to the arrest of Brandon Murray.

Murray, 27 years of age, of Batesville, Virginia, has been charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of sodomy.

Murray is being held at the Albemarle/Charlottesville Regional Jail.
