Charlottesville Man Arrested for BB Gun Vandalism

Posted: Updated:

Charlottesville police have arrested a man in connection with a vandalism spree in the Fry's Spring area.

Joseph Edward Duva, 20, is being held without bond at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.  Police say he used a BB gun to shoot out the windows of two vehicles early Saturday.

They have been on the look out for a vandal since last November after 12 similar incidents.  Officers say they do not have any evidence to connect Duva to any vandalism prior to March 8.
