Child Porn Case Against UVA Student Moves Forward

The case against a University of Virginia student arrested for child porn will move forward. Monday, Ralph Rogers was in Albemarle County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

His case was certified to the grand jury and will be taken up on April 2. Rogers is facing 10 counts of possessing child pornography.

Investigators seized a computer from his Lambeth Field Dorm in December. Rogers is a second year engineering student.
