CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) - Charlottesville police say a Gordonsville man has been charged with attempted capital murder after he allegedly hit a police officer with his pickup truck.
The Daily Progress reports 44-year-old Harold Tazewell Morris Jr. also is charged with hit and run, eluding police, felonious assault and drunken driving.
