McDonnell Signs Repeal of One-Gun-A-Month Law

There's no longer a limit on the number of handguns Virginians can buy per month.

Governor Bob McDonnell signed a bill that repeals a 19-year-old law limiting individual handgun purchases to one per month.

McDonnell signed that repeal after speaking with families of people killed or injured in the 2007 mass shooting at Virginia Tech. They had hoped to convince him to veto the bill.
