A former Augusta County bus driver convicted of molesting a student will have to wait to learn his fate.
William Tinsley Junior, 62, was in court for sentencing Thursday evening. But the hearing was postponed until March, because there was not enough time allotted to hear from all the witnesses.
Tinsley had been found guilty of two felony charges, and faces up to life in prison. He drove an Augusta County school bus for half a dozen special-needs students.
Prosecutors say that last January, Tinsley picked up the 17-year-old victim in his personal car, took her to his house, and sexually abused her.
