The Albemarle County Police have arrested five suspects involved in several larcenies from motor vehicles, breaking and entering in the night time and credit card theft that occurred in the Barracks Road area.

Kenneth C. Washington, 42 years of age, of Crozet, Virginia has been charged with one count of credit card fraud and one count of credit card larceny.  Anthony N. Kilby, 29 years of age, of the 2600 block of Barracks Road, Charlottesville, Virginia, has been charged with two counts of credit card theft.  Anthony A. Timberlake, 22 years of age, of Schulyer, Virginia has been charged with four counts of burglary and nine counts of credit card theft.  Wendell M. Burton, Jr., 21 years of age, of Hardy Drive, Charlottesville, Virginia, has been charged with four counts of burglary and nine counts of credit card theft.  Dionte C. Barbour, 20 years of age, of Antoinette Avenue, Charlottesville, Virginia, has been charged with four counts of burglary and nine counts of credit card theft.

The arrest of these suspects clears approximately thirty cases.  Kilby and Washington were released on bond, the other suspects are being held at the Albemarle Charlottesville Regional Jail without bond.
