Hudson Beats Buzzer For Hokies

Senior Dorenzo Hudson hit a three-pointer at the buzzer, as the Virginia Tech men's basketball team beat Georgia Tech 74-73 Saturday in overtime in Blacksburg.

Mfon Udofia gave the Yellow Jackets a 73-71 lead with five seconds left, before the Hokies called time out to set up their final shot.

Junior Erick Green scored a team-high 14 points, but missed a shot at the buzzer to win it in regulation.

Virginia Tech (15-12, 4-8) didn't have a field goal over the final 4 minutes 59 seconds of regulation.
