The #2 Virginia men's tennis team beat #16 Auburn 4-0 in the opening round of the ITA National Team Indoor tournament at the Boar's Head Sports Club Friday.

The Cavaliers have won the tournament four years in a row.

After UVA won the doubles point, Alex Domijan defeated Alex Stamchev 6-4, 6-0 in #2 singles, Mitchell Frank defeated Dan Cochrane 6-4, 6-1 in #3 singles, and Drew Courtney defeated Dennis Lengsfeld 6-2, 6-4 in #4 singles.

Virginia has won 93 consecutive matches at home, and extended its ITA National Team Indoor win streak to 17 matches.   

The Cavaliers will play 9th seed Stanford in the quarterfinals on Saturday at 6:30 pm.
