The Fluvanna County HS boys basketball team beat Louisa Tuesday night 74-54, clinching the top seed in the upcoming Jefferson District Tournament.
Monticello is the 2-seed. Both Fluvanna and Monticello earn a first round bye. 4-seed Charlottesville will host 5-seed Louisa Friday night in the district quarterfinals. 3-seed Western Albemarle will host 6-seed Powhatan.
On the girls side, Powhatan is the top seed for the JD Tournament. Monticello is the 2-seed and earns a first round bye with Powhatan.
