State Farm Hiring at Albemarle Facility

State Farm is creating dozens of new jobs at its Albemarle County facility. The insurance company says it plans to hire 55 employees in Virginia, most of them for the Pantops operations center.

The jobs are part of a company-wide hiring of more than 3,000 people across the U.S. and Canada to improve customer service response. Positions include customer service, claims, IT and underwriting.
