Rockingham County Fatal Fire

Rockingham County fire investigators are trying to figure out what sparked an early morning blaze that killed three people.

Firefighters say they found a mobile home on Smith Creek Road near New Market fully engulfed in flames when they got there around 5:00 Saturday morning.

Two men and a boy died in the fire. Three other men escaped.

One survivor was taken to the University of Virginia Medical Center for burns to his back.

The victims have not been identified.
