An employee of a Staunton group home faces two misdemeanor sex charges for his alleged actions in the city's public library.
Glacier Isaiah Johnson, 31, is charged with obscene sexual display, and indecent exposure.
Staunton police say a 16-year-old girl reported seeing Johnson touch himself while seated at a library computer on Saturday. Police say Johnson worked at Liberty Point, a home for teen boys with emotional and behavioral problems.
Liberty Point says he has been placed on administrative leave.
