Feb 02, 2010 UPDATE: Charlottesville police have arrested 19-year-old Ryan Edward Davis Dean in connection with the armed robbery on East High Street Sunday. They are still searching for a second suspect.
Jan. 29, 2012 Original: Charlottesville police are searching for a pair of armed robbers who held up a man at gunpoint. It happened in the 1500 block of East High Street just after 1:00 Sunday morning.
The victim told police he was walking along when two men came up, one of them pointed a gun at him, and demanded he hand over his backpack. He did and the robbers ran away. The victim was not injured.
