Fresh off a win over Boston College on Thursday, the UVA men's basketball team has a quick turnaround, as the Cavaliers play at NC State Saturday night.
Virginia will be going for its 5th true road win of the season, something they haven't accomplished 11 years.
UVA and NC State are both in the top half of the ACC standings.
The Wolfpack have a record of 4-2, while Virginia is 3-2.
NC State has balanced scoring with five guys averaging 12 or 13 points per game.
The Cavaliers have won three in a row over NC State, and six of the last eight.
Virginia shot 50 percent Thursday night in the win over Boston College, and has won 16 straight games when they shoot 40 percent or better.
Head coach Tony Bennett says, "We're still trying to mesh, and hopefully we're going to have better chemistry, getting used to being without Assane. Darion and Akil showed that against BC. We were better with our chemistry, and better with how we're going to have to play for a majority of the year, now."
Virginia and NC State tip off Saturday night at eight o'clock.
