The principal at Kate Collins Middle School says their school doesn't intend to participate in future events with Buford Middle School. This comes after two Buford students got in trouble for pulling a BB pistol on rival students following a boys basketball game last Thursday night.
Charlottesville police has turned over the investigation to the school division since no criminal acts occurred. A school spokesperson says the two students have been reprimanded for their actions.
NBC29 has had dozens of calls from concerned Kate Collins Middle School parents, all saying the incident was much worse than has been reported. None of the parents wanted to speak to us on record about it.
