Saturday morning, Our Lady of Peace Assisted Living in Charlottesville hosted a pancake breakfast benefit for the Fluvanna SPCA. Animals were on site and up for adoption to anyone who could not pass up the opportunity to take home a new furry friend.
Our Lady of Peace community relations coordinator Dana Fulk said, "Just to see the looks on the residents faces when their able to come down and interact with the animals it really starts their day off very special and it allows the animals to get out and get a little extra attention as well."
Donations and kennel supplies were accepted at the door. Click here to make a donation or find a furry friend to bring home.
