Occupy Charlottesville Taps Into City Electrical Post

The city of Charlottesville is releasing details about the electricity bill for the Occupy Charlottesville movement.

People in the group have tapped into a city-owned electrical post inside Lee Park. The city says the October bill came to $8.23. The November bill stands at $36.24.

The city says it cannot figure out how to bill individuals so it will pay the costs to Dominion Virginia Power.
