The death of a Domino's Pizza driver in February has resulted in a charge of involuntary manslaughter. An Augusta County grand jury has filed that indictment against Kevin Matthew Muscarella of Stuarts Draft.
Virginia State Police say he ran a stop sign and broadsided a car driven by Christopher Rubin of Waynesboro. The victim was working at the time, and was turning into the restaurant.
Investigators won't comment on the case, but the charge filed against Muscarella is used for intoxicated driving.
