The man arrested for a six-year-old murder will have to wait until next year to go to trial. Joseph Harris is facing four felonies, including first degree murder.
Police say Harris killed Anthony Johnson on February 21, 2005. Johnson's body was found in a parking lot on Free Bridge Lane. Harris was arrested last December.
His jury trial was scheduled to begin Tuesday, but an Albemarle County Circuit Court judge decided to postpone it. The trial is now set to begin on March 27 of next year.
