An early morning fire forced a family of eight out of their home. The fire broke out on Harris Road in Charlottesville around 3:30 Saturday morning. Seven people escaped the house safely, but a 40-year-old man was reported missing.
After several searches inside the home, firefighters found the missing man in the woods nearby. On Saturday night, the Red Cross is working to find the family a place to stay.
