Cash Arrested on Molestation Charge

Bobby Lee Cash

A 75-year-old Staunton man has been arrested on a charge of molesting a young girl.

Bobby Lee Cash faces one felony count of aggravated sexual battery, which carries a possible penalty of 20-years in prison.

Staunton police say the victim is a 12-year-old acquaintance of Cash, and was sexually abused this past April.

Cash is free on bond, and has his first court appearance next week.
