VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (AP) - A 751-foot cargo ship that ran aground in the Chesapeake Bay has been refloated. The Coast Guard says the bulk carrier Ornak was repositioned to the Lynnhaven anchorage off Virginia Beach yesterday.

HANOVER, Va. (AP) - The Hanover County Sheriff's Office has identified a body found behind a business Wednesday as that of a 55-year-old Petersburg man. Investigators said yesterday that have not determined the cause of Mark P. Burns' death. They say Burns was last seen Monday morning in Petersburg.

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - The USS Harry S. Truman has returned to its homeport in Virginia. The aircraft carrier and the other ships in its strike group returned to Naval Station Norfolk yesterday as thousands of friends and family members waited on a chilly pier. The strike group had been on a nine-month deployment to Europe and the Middle East.

LYNCHBURG, Va. (AP) - TSA officers at Lynchburg Regional Airport arrested a Bedford, Ind., man after they found a loaded gun in his carry-on baggage. The Transportation Security Administration says the .38-caliber handgun with five rounds was found Thursday as the bag passed through an X-ray machine.
