Police Say Teen in Louisa Deliberately Drove Car Into a Crowd

A 17-year-old girl in Louisa County is in custody after police say she deliberately drove her car into a crowd outside a party.

The incident happened just after midnight at the Pine Ridge Apartments in the town of Louisa. The Louisa Sheriff's Office said that the teen got into an argument with some other people at the party, left, and then came back and hit four people with her car.

Investigators said some of the victims had substantial injuries. The sheriff's office is consulting with the commonwealth's attorney to determine any charges.
