The 14-year-old boy shot while he allegedly broke into a couple's home last month, will face four criminal charges.
Augusta County investigators say the teen forced his way into the Mount Solon home of Philip and Kim Crilley and made his way into a bedroom before the homeowner shot him in the leg.
Deputies have obtained petitions for breaking-and-entering and destruction of property. Kim Crilley, 48 awaits trial on several charges, stemming from sexual contact with the juvenile.
