Albemarle County police have made an arrest in connection with a five-year old murder.
Joseph Harris is facing four felonies, including first degree murder. A grand jury indicted him Monday.
Police say Harris killed Anthony Johnson on February 21, 2005. Johnson's body was found in a parking lot on Free Bridge Lane.
Harris is currently being held at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.

The Albemarle County Police Department in conjunction with the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Albemarle County Commonwealth's Attorney Office announce the arrest of Joseph Michael Harris for the murder of Anthony Lorenzo Johnson.
On February 21, 2005 officers responded to Free Bridge Lane for a report of a male lying in a parking lot. The victim was identified as Anthony Lorenzo Johnson, a 22-year-old male of Columbia, Va.
Over the course of the next few years, County Police Detectives partnered with ATF Agents to conduct this extensive murder investigation. Detectives and ATF Agents conducted countless interviews and operations in an attempt to identify and indict a suspect in this case.
On December 6, 2010 an Albemarle County grand jury issued indictments charging Joseph Michael Harris, a 22 year old black male with:
1. 1st Degree Murder- 18.2-32
2. Felony Murder- 18.2-33
3. Robbery- 18.2-58
4. Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony (3 counts)- 18.2-53.1
