More than 2,700 runners pounded the pavement Saturday in the Charlottesville Ten-Miler race.
26-year-old Seth Hutchinson won the race with a time of 50 minutes and 58 seconds. Emily Potter came in first place among the women runners.
Saturday's Ten-Miler set a record for the number of participants with 2,750 runners.
Proceeds from the race will benefit the Emergency Food Bank, the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, and Meals on Wheels.
