The preliminary hearing for the Orange County woman accused of shooting her estranged husband was postponed Wednesday morning, until next week, and moved to a different court.
Brenda Lee Canosa's lawyer asked for the case to be moved to out of General District Court and over to Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. The judge agreed.
The next hearing for Canosa will be Monday afternoon.
Canosa's husband Bob is still at the University of Virginia Medical Center recovering from multiple gunshot wounds.
