Casteen To Join Altria Board Of Directors

University of Virginia president John Casteen will join the board of directors at the Altria Group after he leaves grounds.

The Richmond-based company owns Philip Morris and makes the top-selling Marlboro brand of cigarettes.

It also owns a part of brewing and wine making concerns and is a major research partner with the university.
