
It's one of the most famous game shows ever, and one Charlottesville wiz got to experience the lights, the cameras and Alex Trebek first hand.
Grant Quertermous is the assistant curator at Montpelier. He was actually at work when the jeopardy producers called to say he was chosen to appear on the show.
Quertermous says the contestants played a few practice rounds, and then it was time to live his dream.
"I was floored and amazed and very excited. This is something I've always wanted to do since I was a kid."
Grant was not allowed to say how much money he won on the show before the program aired.
