NBC29Police Investigate Culpeper Shooting

Photo Courtesy Culpeper Star ExponentState and Culpeper police are on the scene of a shooting on Sperryville Pike in Culpeper.
According to Culpeper town Spokesman Wally Bunker, the 49-year-old victim was an employee of the Westside Grocery and was shot once in the arm.
The victim is being flown to the University of Virginia Medical Center for treatment.
The shooting happened just before 10:30 this morning.
