NBC29VA Supreme Court to Hear Joint Water Authority Case

The Virginia Supreme Court will hear a Fluvanna county man's case over a joint water authority with Louisa County.
Doug Johnson took Fluvanna County to court because supervisors refused to let the issue be decided in a public referendum. A lower court judge rejected his plea but now the state Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case.
A date for oral arguments has not been set.
