Virginia Hopes to Break Boston College's Winning Streak

Posted: Updated:

The Virginia Cavaliers men's basketball team tries to snap a five game losing skid hosting Boston College Wednesday evening.

Remember Boston College beat North Carolina earlier this season when the Tar Heels were ranked number one. Then, they lost four straight games. But since then, they've won four-straight, including a win this past weekend over Virginia Tech.

BC is led by Richmond native Tyrese Rice, who is averaging 18 points per game. The Eagles are 5-3 in the ACC. Virginia is 1-5.

Tip off is Wednesday at 7 p.m.
