NBC29Moran Calls for Virginia Only Donations

Brian Moran is calling for a New Year's pledge by all three Democratic candidates for governor. He wants a joint promise to refuse contributions from out-of-state donors.
Moran says this move will ensure that Virginians will choose the Democratic nominee for governor. The request for this "New Year's resolution" comes after the Washington Post reported that former DNC chairman Terry McAuliffe may raise as much as $80 million for the campaign.
