Dave Matthews Band saxophonist LeRoi Moore died Tuesday afternoon of complications stemming from an ATV accident in June. He was 46 years old.
Moore was seriously injured in a June 30 ATV accident on his farm outside Charlottesville. Last month he was readmitted to the University of Virginia Medical Center but was later released.
Moore had recently returned to his Los Angeles home to begin a physical rehabilitation program, according a statement released by Red Light Management.
He died at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center.
There is no word at this time about plans for a memorial service in Charlottesville.

Moore had recently returned to his Los Angeles home to begin an intensive physical rehabilitation program.
