Jackson Trial Delayed Again

The trial for the Blue Ridge Parkway shooting suspect is delayed again while federal officials decide whether to seek the death penalty.

57-year-old Ralph Leon Jackson is accused of shooting Timothy Davis and Christina Floyd last April at a parkway overlook. Davis later died of his injuries.

An attorney general's review committee has yet to decide whether to authorize a possible death sentence. Jackson is now set for a trial, or guilty plea, on March 23.
