High school seniors from all over the country are at the University of Virginia for the Leadership Education and Development program with the Darden School.
The three week course is business boot camp where students take classes with Darden professors. This year's focus is social media; students are building websites and consulting with entrepreneurs.
"Their Cap Stone project, which is a website, we'll have a website release party at AOL, at their corporate headquarters in Sterling, Virginia," said program director Paul Harper.
"I came into the program not knowing anything about business," said student Jennifer Ngo. "So this is a really great program for me to learn about the different aspects of business, not only just the numbers, but also like marketing."
More than 750 students have participated in the program since it started in 1978.
